Weddings at The Mill Forge near Gretna Green
Walk down the aisle of our stunning wedding venue and be married over the anvil in true Gretna Green tradition.
All Gretna Green weddings take place by romantic candlelight and are conducted by either a local minister or a registrar.
Gretna Green Weddings - Your Ceremony
Ministers conduct a religious ceremony which is a shortened version of their church weddings. Hymns are not usually included but can be requested.
The registrars perform a civil marriage ceremony of the style you would experience in any registration office.
After the ceremony you can have pictures taken in our picturesque gardens before dining in one of our restaurant's function rooms.
