The Mill Forge Staff Ethos

Here at The Mill Forge nothing is more important to us than making sure that our customers leave happier than they arrived. We pride ourselves on our customer service, attention to detail and friendly relaxed welcome.

We firmly believe that looking after our guests is our collective responsibility and throughout the staff, the ethos is the same. Look after the customer first, second and third!

This trait is found in all members of staff whether they be managers, wedding planners, bar staff, chambermaids or the young lad up to his elbows in the sink. Our joint efforts are tailored to make your time here with us as happy as we can make it for you.

Staff in all of our key positions have many years experience at The Mill Forge and it is clearly evident in the calm, unflustered manner in which we deal with every situation. Whether it is a missing kilt, surprise guests or unusual requests then the will have the solution.

Such is the staff's affinity with The Mill Forge that to date there have been 5 weddings where staff members were either bride or groom, 3 weddings involving staffs family members and there is wedding planned for June 2011 where the groom is one of our maintenance men.
